Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service support in a technical environment.
• Experience in SQL Server and CMMS usage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and reactive repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering managers to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS data and run performance reports for client operations.
• Provide CMMS user training to field and back office teams.
• Support data analysis of engineering performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet client expectations.
