Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 5 years related experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years.
• Supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, direct and manage multiple operational areas, projects and activities.
• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved maintenance strategies and FMEA findings into actionable plans within SAP S/4HANA EAM and APM.
• Develop and maintain accurate CMMS asset structures, including functional locations and equipment master data.
• Implement maintenance plans from the central repository into site CMMS with controlled site-level adjustments.
• Review and audit active maintenance plans for alignment with OEM recommendations and learnings.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and OEMs to ensure BOM accuracy and material availability.
