Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks a senior electrical operations leader to own the power chain for the campus, including MV distribution, transformers, UPS, energy storage, and busway.

This on-site role drives reliability for a high-performance manufacturing environment. You will lead electrical technicians, coordinate with chief engineers, and own arc-flash and LOTO safety programs, while supporting the commissioning of new capacity and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations.
• Experience leading teams through commissioning and early operations.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own the electrical power chain — medium-voltage distribution, transformers, UPS, energy storage, and busway — for the campus.

What you’ll do:

• Own electrical maintenance programs, testing, and switching operations
• Lead electrical technicians and coordinate with chief engineers
• Own arc-flash, LOTO, and electrical safety program with EHS
• Support commissioning and acceptance of new electrical capacity
• Manage electrical service vendors and OEM relationships

What you’ll bring:

• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay range: $125,000 – $150,000 per year
