How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Train, direct, and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Identify repetitive equipment failures and determine root causes.
Manage inventory of critical parts, tools, and consumables.
Track and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and maintenance cost.
Resolve problems by analyzing data and recommending solutions.
Your Background
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in planning and supervisory roles.
Previous direct supervisory or similar leadership experience.
Experience advising high-performance work groups and implementing continuous improvement systems.
Strong people, coaching, management, and communication skills.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
Ability to analyze data and identify solutions.
