How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.

  • Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with safety standards.

  • Train, direct, and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Identify repetitive equipment failures and determine root causes.

  • Manage inventory of critical parts, tools, and consumables.

  • Track and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and maintenance cost.

  • Resolve problems by analyzing data and recommending solutions.

Your Background

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in planning and supervisory roles.

  • Previous direct supervisory or similar leadership experience.

  • Experience advising high-performance work groups and implementing continuous improvement systems.

  • Strong people, coaching, management, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify solutions.
