Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to manage daily maintenance operations across communities, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. The role emphasizes safety, budget discipline, and customer service.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager to ensure timely repairs, inspections, and compliance with OSHA standards, while maintaining inventory and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily for hazards.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence.
• Implement preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
