Responsibilities

• Distribute maintenance requests to the team prioritizing based on age/need; emergencies first.
• Organize and track maintenance requests in OneSite to ensure 24 hour or less completion times.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Schedule all contractor work and communicate repairs to residents.
• Issue apartment keys to authorized vendors and personnel.
• Process new vendor paperwork.
• Oversee contractor repairs and verify completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate completed repairs to residents.
• Prepare daily report of outstanding and completed service requests.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
