Job summary

Jubilee Housing is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to the maintenance team across multiple properties in Washington, DC. You will generate work orders, track tickets, coordinate vendor services, and assist with bid activity and contract management.

The role emphasizes timely communication with residents, community managers, and vendors, plus maintaining records, schedules, and safety/compliance activities as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently or with a team.
• Experience in property management, maintenance coordination or related admin role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate and track work orders; monitor status and follow up for timely closeout.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and contract activity.
• Review invoices, manage records, and support bid and contract processes.
• Maintain inventory, calendar, and key/access systems for multiple properties.
• Assist with turnovers, safety programs, and compliance activities.
