Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on opportunity allows recent graduates to join a team and explore all aspects of our operations while gaining knowledge of the transportation industry and company culture.

During training, participants will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and build leadership and shop maintenance skills, with a clear pathway toward leadership roles within our shops after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).

Responsibilities
