Mission Rock Residential in Tampa, FL is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at Jade at North Hyde Park. You will ensure the property meets standards and applicable laws.

Your responsibilities include scheduling preventative maintenance, directing the maintenance team, training staff, diagnosing repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), conducting daily inspections, managing vendor relationships, completing unit turns, and responding to after-hours

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Familiarity with safety and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance at the property.
• Direct and supervise daily maintenance activities and schedules.
• Train and coach maintenance staff to improve performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Perform property inspections and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and quality control.
• Complete unit turns and respond to after-hours emergencies.
