Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at Jade at North Hyde Park. You will ensure physical standards and compliance with laws, supervise the maintenance team, and coordinate preventive maintenance.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $33–$35 per hour, plus potential bonuses; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Understanding of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines.
• Knowledge of general property repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at the property.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Direct and supervise daily maintenance team activities and schedules.
• Train and coach maintenance staff.
• Assist in diagnosing problems and completing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related areas.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and quality control.
• Complete unit turns and address wear-and-tear items.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
