Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Service Manager (Maintenance) to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring property standards and compliance. You will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate activities, and supervise the maintenance team.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and more; conduct daily inspections with the team; manage vendor relationships; and handle after-hours emergencies on a

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions
• Ability to work within budgetary guidelines
• Knowledge of general property repairs incl HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations
• Direct and supervise maintenance team with schedules and performance reviews
• Train and coach maintenance staff
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more
• Perform property inspections and keep the property clean with the team
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships
• Complete unit turns, painting, and drywall repairs
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotation basis
