Job summary

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License; insurable by district.
• Knowledge of Brightly system.
• CTSBS TASBO certificate or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, assign, and dispatch maintenance work orders.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans aligned with goals.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records in the CMMS and review labor/time materials.
• Serve as primary contact between district staff and maintenance department.
• Assist with Brightly training via Brightly Academy.
• Coordinate event setups and ensure efficient scheduling.
