Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Brookshire, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance mechanics and coordinate safety and efficiency across a fast-paced facility.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, on-call coverage, and contractor coordination while tracking KPIs and inventory. A high school diploma and leadership experience are required, with CMMS knowledge preferred in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing a maintenance team.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems and controls.
• Knowledge of CMMS programs for work orders and asset tracking.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance mechanics and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety standards and a safe working environment on site.
• Manage on-call support and respond to emergencies and outages.
• Track KPIs, manage tickets, and oversee budgets and vendor relations.
