Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational hub for the Maintenance Department by administering the CMMS.
• Coordinate work order intake and emergency dispatch.
• Maintain asset records and support preventive maintenance.
• Produce maintenance operational reports for the Director of Maintenance.
