Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests from intake through completion, including scheduling, follow-up, documentation, and billing readiness.
• Answer calls and monitor requests received by phone, email, voicemail, and online systems.
• Prioritize urgent and routine work orders, assign jobs to technicians and vendors, and monitor open work orders for timely completion.
• Review completed work for accuracy, including labor, materials, notes, photos, and required documentation.
• Respond to vendor, resident, and customer questions while resolving service issues and escalations.
• Provide daily direction, workload coordination, and training support to a Maintenance Operations Assistant.
