Job summary

Jobot an Industrial Maintenance Lead in Vernon, CA is sought to oversee electrical troubleshooting, PM programs, and mentor junior technicians to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.

You will collaborate with production, QA, and sanitation teams to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Strong leadership and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food or manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in electrical troubleshooting (480V, 3-phase, PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs).
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience leading or mentoring other maintenance techs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong understanding of PM programs and CMMS usage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic Lead to oversee and execute critical maintenance functions across our production facility. This role will focus heavily on electrical troubleshooting, leading preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and mentoring junior technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
