Jobot in Ware, MA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot PLCs and automation systems, and ensure maximum uptime. You will work with a team that values safety, problem-solving, and reliability.

You will collaborate with production and engineering teams, follow safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in production machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and automation systems to ensure optimum performance and safety.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of conveyor systems, ensuring smooth product movement.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of all maintenance work, including parts used and time spent.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.

5. 6. Respond to emergency maintenance calls quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
6. 7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.
7. 8. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify potential improvements and implement solutions.
8. 9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
9. 10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

1. 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
2. 2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
3. 3. Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, robotics, conveyor systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
4. 4. Excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with a strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
5. 5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
6. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
7. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. 8. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
