Job summary

Agency for Persons with Disabilities seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance on utility equipment at Sunland, including piping, air handlers, pumps, and related systems. Responsibilities include maintaining records, keeping equipment clean, and ensuring safe operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of buildings.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in maintenance work.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to install, maintain and repair motors, generators and other mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Maintain and update preventative maintenance records.
• Process work orders and complete mandatory staff training.

Skills
