Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a full plumbing program including installation, repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and related equipment on a daily basis.
• Conduct a full preventive maintenance program on plumbing-related equipment (water heaters, coolers, lines, pumps, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain Sunland buildings through repairs, installations, and upkeep to preserve asset life and safety.
• Operate backhoe and other related equipment when required and manage tool control and work orders.
