Job summary

Mondelēz International in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system using autonomous maintenance standards to improve line performance.

You will work with a team to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets, support AM/PM tasks, and participate in CMMS enhancements. Education: High School Diploma/GED; 2 years PM and welding/machining experience; shift flexibility for 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• 2 years experience in welding and machining.
• Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment following autonomous maintenance standards and use technical skills to improve line performance.
• Deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Report losses and participate in reliability improvements.
• Assist enhancements to the computerized maintenance system.
