Job summary

Jobot in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and AWS 3rd shift to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and support production. This on-site, permanent role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Candidate will have a High School Diploma and a Journeyman Card or 4+ years of maintenance experience, with strong Lockout/Tagout knowledge and CMMS experience. Overtime and 2-2-3 schedule expectations included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Card or 4+ years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience (or equivalent military experience).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints, diagrams, and drawings.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call as needed to support production.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, and improvements to keep equipment operating at required efficiency levels.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including fillers, conveyors, and case erectors.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and test equipment such as vibration meters and laser alignment systems.
• Maintain accurate work logs and documentation using the CMMS work order system for preventive maintenance, equipment modifications, and emergency repairs.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and GMP, and collaborate to maintain a safe work environment.
