Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to operate and maintain critical packaging and production equipment. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance to improve line performance, lead root-cause analysis, and reduce losses while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires knowledge of electrical schematics, PLCs, HMIs, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Knowledge of safety and lock out/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to improve line performance and meet targets.
• Perform autonomous and progressive maintenance per AM standards.
• Support root-cause and stoppage analysis to reduce losses.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory processes are followed.
• Document work in the facility CMMS system.
