Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift in a growing food manufacturing environment. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires strong wiring, pneumatics, and multi-craft skills, plus the ability to train teammates and document maintenance activities. Benefits begin day one, with 401(k), healthcare, and more in place.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Experience with wiring, pneumatics, preventative maintenance, and multi-craft.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• High school diploma; degree in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance on all production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilizing knowledge of wiring and pneumatics to maintain and repair equipment.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and practices.
• Responding promptly to any breakdowns or issues with the equipment, and working efficiently to resolve them.
• Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Training other team members on basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
