Job summary

Leoforce is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (2p-10p) and AWS 3rd shift (6p-6a alternate 2-2-3). The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and reliability across packaging lines in a food & beverage environment.

You will troubleshoot pumps, valves, hydraulics, and conveyors; document work in a CMMS; and follow Lockout/Tagout and GMP protocols. High school diploma and 4+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Card or 4+ years mechanical maintenance experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of pumps, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Ability to read mechanical prints and diagrams.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and GMP; collaborate to maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical prints, diagrams, and drawings.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call as needed to support production.
