Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced maintenance mechanic with hands-on maintenance of production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective actions.
• Experience in preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support production by ensuring machinery is properly set up, adjusted, and operating at peak performance.
• Repair, replace, and align machine components using hand and power tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve machinery issues quickly.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate completed work to team members.
• Follow all company safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Work on packaging, cutting, flexographic printing, and folding equipment.
