Job summary

International Paper in Lebanon, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the 2-2-3 schedule (2nd shift 3pm-11pm; 3rd shift 11pm–7am). The role focuses on repairing and maintaining packaging equipment, supporting GMP compliance, and ensuring production targets are met.

You will use electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot, perform planned maintenance, and drive improvements while communicating with operations and documenting work in MVP CMMS.

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical, electrical & automation knowledge.
• 2+ years in an industrial maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a 2-2-3 maintenance schedule.
• Comply with GMP, site security, and food packaging safety programs.
• Use electrical and mechanical skills to resolve breakdowns.
• Complete planned maintenance activities within PM schedules.
• Improve reliability and process capability.
• Enter and close work orders in MVP CMMS.
• Communicate with operations to coordinate maintenance.
