Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Memphis, TN. This contract-to-hire role involves hands-on work with advanced manufacturing equipment and reliable, full-time employment.

Training and development support are provided as part of a growing manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, install and maintain drives, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, and PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• High-speed packaging equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic welding skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Install and maintain AC drives, inverters, motors, and control panels.
• Read and interpret schematics.
• Rebuild valves and production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
