Job summary

MAU Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Cincinnati, OH to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment, automated controls and facility systems in a 24/5 lubricants production plant. This direct-hire role requires 5+ years in industrial manufacturing and US work authorization, with training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd/3rd shifts.

Ideal candidates have PLC knowledge and experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems, along with experience in

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers and date coders.
Work with automated controls including photo eyes, limit switches, pneumatic solenoids/cylinders, and PanelView parameters.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Service rotating equipment: pumps, compressors, motors, drives, conveyors; disassemble and replace worn parts.
Apply PLC knowledge with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
Perform facility maintenance on boilers, water systems, compressed air, lighting, and exhaust fans.
