Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade program preferred.
• 1+ years of machine operation and maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Maintenance on production line equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair packaging equipment as required or directed.
• Lead line teams to meet daily production schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and orderly production line area.
• Perform STOP and 5-S GMP audits and follow-up.
• Complete shift notes and line documentation as trained.
