We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to support operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting problems, and repairing machines. This role offers opportunities for skill improvement and career growth.

Primary Job Duties:

• Answer trouble calls to production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines accurately.
• Complete work request repairs promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe shop and equipment.
• Conduct test runs after repairs or maintenance.
• Uphold safety and compliance policies.

Safety First:

• Lock out equipment before work.
• Understand equipment operation before use.
• Keep hands clear of moving parts.
• Report hazards promptly.
• Follow sanitation guidelines.

Requirements & Physical Demands:

• Prior maintenance or mechanic experience.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Valid license to operate machinery.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work around food machinery and follow instructions.
• Stand and move for full shifts.
• Work in loud, hot environments.
• Move throughout the plant as needed.
• Willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 or older.
