McWane Ductile Ohio - Industrial Maintenance Mechanic B

• Full-time
• Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

McWane Ductile – Ohio is a world-class manufacturer of ductile iron pipe and poles, operating since 1926 and located in Coshocton, Ohio.

The company is seeking candidates for the position of Maintenance – Mechanic B.

Salary: $36.40/hr

Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts; however, shift preference is not guaranteed.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

• Work various shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Maintain dependable attendance
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions
• Adhere to safety and operational procedures

Physical Requirements

• Work in a physically demanding, loud industrial environment
• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds frequently
• Perform bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for long periods
• Reach, balance, and coordinate movements
• Handle objects and operate controls with hands
• Work on/around heavy machinery and conveyance systems
• Environmental exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals, and molten iron areas
• Use hearing, speech, and vision effectively

Tools, Materials, and Location

• Utilize maintenance materials and plant facilities
• Work across the entire plant site

Tools and Equipment

• Operate all necessary tools and equipment to complete tasks

Ideal candidates will support our McWane Way Culture, working together to produce quality products. Industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

Additional requirements include validated testing, pre-employment health assessment, drug screening, and background checks.
