We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 1st Class to support operations by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and repairing machines. This position offers opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Primary Job Duties

1. Respond to trouble calls for production equipment.
2. Perform preventative maintenance routines accurately.
3. Complete work request repairs promptly.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
5. Conduct test runs after repairs or maintenance.
6. Follow all safety and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

Safety First

• Lock out equipment before starting work.
• Understand equipment operation before use.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain clean uniforms and adhere to sanitation guidelines.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Prior experience in plant maintenance or as a commercial mechanic.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Valid license to operate relevant equipment.
• Ability to read and understand safety signs and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment and ingredients.
• Work around food machinery and follow instructions.
• Stand, stoop, and move throughout the shift.
• Work in loud, hot conditions.
• Be willing to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
