Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or 4+ years in similar environment.
• Vocational/Technical Diploma or associate degree preferred in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to function effectively in a team and interact with all levels.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklift, Genie lift or scissor lift.
• Ability to read and execute work orders, write daily reports, and translate equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment and keep production lines in good mechanical condition.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty parts; test machinery for proper operation.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Maintain plant facilities and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
