Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food production and packaging equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and document all work performed, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and product quality.

This on-site role requires a High School education, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Maintenance and preventative maintenance experience.
• Experience with food production equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work in a safety‑driven food production environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $89,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 12 PM - 9 PM. Education: High School.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain food production and packaging equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and document all work performed
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with food safety standards (SQF, GMP, etc.)
