Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a first-shift maintenance team in a food manufacturing environment. You will drive TPM, continuous improvement, and build a skilled technical team.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, knowledge of food production machinery, Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, and CMMS experience (SAP PM a plus). Salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 and the schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical management or supervisory role in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components in food machinery.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience using CMMS (SAP PM a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team and drive TPM and continuous improvement.
• Create, execute, and monitor manufacturing technical standards and procedures.
• Use CMMS to run maintenance operations; SAP Plant Maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry is required.
• Knowledge of electronics, controls, mechanical and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment.
• Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques and tools are an asset.
• Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to successfully run a maintenance department; knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance a plus.
• Demonstrated problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and maintenance management software.

The essential functions of this role include:
