Job summary

Owens Corning's Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program is a 24–30 month rotational program at a US manufacturing plant designed to build technical and leadership capabilities. Participants rotate through Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Leadership, Reliability Engineering, and Capital Project Management, mentored by experienced professionals to improve efficiency and develop solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ceramic, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Engage in maintenance programs across plant equipment.
• Investigate and resolve work in process problems.
• Maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Focus on safety, automation, digitalization, asset management, and data analytics.
• Develop skills in safety leadership, project engineering, reliability processes, and supervisory leadership.
• Recommend improvements for operations, equipment, and documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems and TPM methodologies.
