Job summary

MacLean-Fogg invites engineers to join the Manufacturing Management Program, a two-year rotational development track at two U.S. manufacturing facilities.

You will work with seasoned engineers and leaders to improve processes, reduce costs, and gain leadership experience while building core business acumen. Two one-year rotations will expose you to manufacturing engineering, quality, cost reduction, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Degree completed in 2026 or 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership through internship, student org, project team, job, or similar experience.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States for both one-year rotations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for orientation, program events, development activities, and facility visits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, operators, supervisors, and team members to improve manufacturing processes and performance.
• Analyze process, quality, and cost data and turn findings into practical improvements.
• Lead a first-year project scoped with your supervisor and present results to senior leaders.
• Take on a larger second-year project aligned with your experience and goals.
• Present work and recommendations to leaders throughout the program.
• Complete a capstone presentation at the end of year two.
