Owens Corning is seeking participants for its Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program, a 24–to-30‑month rotational opportunity designed to build technical and leadership capabilities in a manufacturing setting. Participants rotate through Maintenance Planning, Leadership, Reliability Engineering, and Capital Project Management across North American plants.

The Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program is rotational program focused on technical and leadership training at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. Participants will be mentored by experienced maintenance and engineering professionals to improve efficiency and develop manufacturing solutions. The program includes opportunities for leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Duration : The program spans 24 to 30 months.
Rotations : Participants engage in rotations across various areas:
Program Outcome: Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a Maintenance Supervisor/Leader at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.

Participants are based at various manufacturing sites in the US.
