Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance team, drive reliability, and ensure safe, cost-efficient operations. You’ll oversee mechanical and E&I crafts, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, and develop a long-term maintenance plan to maximize asset reliability.

The role reports to the Facility Manager and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Waste-to-Energy maintenance experience or solid background in power/industrial/chemical plant maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years supervisor/manager experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as Safety Leader to prioritize safety in planning and execution.
• Collaborate with EHS to target zero incidents and improve site safety performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Plan, develop, and implement maintenance methods to reduce operating costs.
• Manage maintenance shops with Mechanical and E&I crafts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Develop a 5-year site maintenance plan.
• Maintain a metrics dashboard to drive improvement.
• Prepare yearly/monthly maintenance budgets and action plans.
• Lead the Work Management Program and outage planning.
