Job summary
Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, outage planning, and work management at a Thermomechanical Treatment Facility. This on-site role reports to the Facility Manager and leads mechanical and E&I teams, including supervisors and planners.
The successful candidate will drive asset reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, budgeting, spare-parts management, and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, and
Qualifications
- Senior maintenance leadership in thermomechanical treatment, power generation, or chemical processing environments.
- Minimum five years of maintenance-supervision experience.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety-first maintenance culture across site activities.
- Partner with EHS to target zero incidents and improve site performance.
- Develop and manage five-year maintenance plan and annual budgets.
- Oversee outage planning, scheduling, and budget delivery.
- Manage CMMS tools and work-management processes across maintenance teams.
