Job summary

Reworld is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team and achieve asset reliability across the site. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiencies while coordinating with EHS, operations, and engineering teams.

You will plan budgets, manage outages, and develop long‑term maintenance strategies to support a carbon‑negative waste operations platform in the United States.

Qualifications

• Waste-to-Energy maintenance experience or solid power/industrial/chemical plant maintenance background.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor experience.
• Ability to identify improvement needs and implement change.
• Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies.
• Experience planning and leading major maintenance outages.
• Familiarity with RCFA and FMEA; Lean and 5S approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring maintenance follows best practices.
• Develop and implement new methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Manage maintenance team, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee maintenance shops and site attrition planning for hires.
• Develop a 5-year maintenance plan and a monthly budget.
• Drive reliability improvements and outage planning with WMP guidance.
• Resolve machine problems with management, engineering and QA.
