Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our USA facility. You will report to the Facility Manager and drive asset reliability through best practices across maintenance, reliability, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities include leading safety culture, budgeting, outages planning, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of electrical/instrumentation and CMMS is required; experience with RCFA/FMEA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Waste-to-Energy maintenance experience or a solid background in power/industrial/chemical plant maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies.
• Experience planning and leading major maintenance outages.
• Familiar with reliability tools such as RCFA and FMEA.
• Proficiency in work management processes including planning & scheduling and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental stewardship culture across maintenance.
• Develop and implement new methods to reduce operating costs and improve utilization of labor and materials.
• Manage maintenance team and performance evaluations.
• Oversee maintenance shops for Mechanical and E&I crafts.
• Develop and maintain a 5-year maintenance plan.
• Maintain a dashboard of maintenance metrics to drive improvements.
• Develop budgets and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide leadership for the site Work Management Program (WMP) and Outage Planning.
• Support CMMS and other tools; coordinate outages, budgets, scopes and schedules.
• Drive reliability improvements and root-cause analysis to address failures.
• Ensure conformance with operational standards and collaborate with engineering and QA.
