Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC in the United States seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our waste-to-energy facility. You will drive asset reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across mechanical and E&I operations.

Responsibilities include planning budgets, outages, leading teams, implementing CMMS, and ensuring compliance with NFPA/NE codes; ideal candidate has 5+ years supervisory experience in power/industrial plants.

Qualifications

• Waste-to-Energy or power/industrial maintenance background.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation repair and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental stewardship across site maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage a 5-year maintenance plan and annual budgets.
• Oversee maintenance shops (Mechanical and E&I) and outages planning.
• Implement CMMS and reliability improvement programs; drive root-cause analysis.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and ensure cost-effective maintenance.
