Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance functions for facility infrastructure, utilities, production equipment, tooling support systems, and capital assets. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operations by overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance, managing personnel and contractors, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read technical schematics and drawings.
• Proficiency with CMMS, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance for facility infrastructure, utilities, production equipment, and support systems.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize work orders, plan maintenance schedules, and document activities.
• Coordinate equipment installations and facility improvement projects.
• Lead capital improvement projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee inventory, spare parts, and supplier relationships.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support Lean initiatives, cost reduction, and reliability programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
