Electrical Automation Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment. You will lead technicians, manage PM programs, and coordinate between operations and quality to improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems.
• Proven ability to improve PM effectiveness and maintenance documentation.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and related safety requirements.
• Familiarity with PSM programs and OSHA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Ensure OSHA, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support ammonia refrigeration maintenance activities and contractor coordination.
• Develop and mentor maintenance personnel.
