Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts in a 24/7 industrial operation. The role is a hands-on leadership position focused on developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence in a demanding manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, manage outages and capital projects, and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a high-volume

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, paper, building products, chemicals, food & beverage, or other heavy industrial environments.
• Strong background in reliability, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience managing maintenance teams within a union or industrial setting is preferred.
• Proven success leading outages, shutdowns, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience utilizing CMMS systems and reliability methodologies such as TPM or RCM.
