Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation seeks a Plant Engineering Manager to oversee plant maintenance, facilities engineering, environmental compliance, and capital initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Lead the maintenance team, drive reliability and safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across functions to deliver continuous improvement and capital projects at the Liberty, SC facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years manufacturing management experience.
• Experience leading maintenance, facilities, and equipment reliability programs.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and hazardous waste handling.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department to ensure safe, reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities.
• Provide technical expertise for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, and installing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards; act as Fire Marshal.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, R&D, Purchasing, HR, and vendors to drive improvements.
• Support capital expenditure planning and equipment evaluations.
• Manage maintenance personnel and contractors; provide leadership and development.
• Coordinate modifications to support new product launches and growth.
• Oversee hazardous waste storage, documentation, and environmental reporting.
