Job summary

Divert is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Plymouth, IN facility to oversee day-to-day and strategic maintenance programs. You will manage PM scheduling, CMMS data, spare parts and safety practices while guiding a team of technicians and coordinating contractor work.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance & Reliability and Plant Manager, you will drive root-cause analysis, mentor staff, and ensure strong safety culture and operating discipline across all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree in mechanical/maintenance engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of maintenance/operations experience in industrial environments with leadership.
• CMMS experience and knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with large industrial equipment and control valves/actuators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and strategic maintenance programs for Divert’s Plymouth facilities.
• Lead PM program, spare parts inventory, CMMS data entry/analysis, and budgeting.
• Develop maintenance onboarding and training for technicians; coach and mentor staff.
• Manage contractor work, write POs, and ensure vendor performance to SOW.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive solutions to prevent recurrence of failures.
• Generate weekly/monthly asset utilization KPIs and optimize resource allocation.
