The ideal candidate has 7+ years in industrial maintenance and 3+ years of leadership, with hands-on expertise in electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, CMMS, and conveyors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervision.
• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facility systems operate with minimal downtime.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Prioritize work orders based on safety and operational impact.
• Partner with operations leadership to align maintenance with production goals.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation problem resolution.
• Support troubleshooting of motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians and staff.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contractor activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on reliability, safety, and performance.
• Track KPIs: downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
